I bought this after a lot of thought, and I’m so glad I did. I’m a hot sleeper, sleep on my side, and have fibromyalgia. ChatGPT recommended this pillow with the natural latex fill since I wanted something that stays cool, doesn’t use synthetic materials, and still offers great support.

Apparently, memory foam can trap heat. I’d tried a cheaper pregnancy pillow before, and even though the outer layer was cotton, the inside was polyester—and I was sweltering. I had to return it.

The Yana pillow is totally worth the price tag. I just wish it were a little wider so I could rest my ankles and legs on it at the same time. It would also be great if Yana sold extra natural latex fill separately, since I do have to fluff it pretty often. Hopefully they’ll come out with an extra-large version and refill options soon.

I also bought the eucalyptus pillow cover, and it’s incredibly soft and cooling.

This is an amazing pillow

I was so skeptical that a pillow could be THIS amazing, but the Yana body pillow truly is. The weight and the form of it are perfect. I'm a tall woman (5'10") and I was concerned that it wouldn't be nearly as long and enclosing as it is in the photos. But it surrounds me perfectly.

Sleep On This!

I suffer from chronic pain that keeps me awake at night. I decided to get a whole body pillow because it's hard for me to move pillows around all night to get comfortable. The second Yana was opened, I was amazed and it went right on my bed. I laid there for probably 30 minutes just in awe of how insanely comfortable I was. Even better though, my pain immediately lowered significantly! The latex and shape of the pillow contours to your body and it's just about the best hug ever! That night, I slept all the way through! That's huge for me! The Yana pillow is life-changing, it's also got an incredibly soft cover that doesn't get warm. Worth every penny! It's really the best body pillow ever. I'm not pregnant, but believe this would be the best pregnancy pillow as well. BEST!

I bought the 360 pillow with natural latex because I needed a pillow that would frame me in my bed and prevent me from rolling or slouching down when I shouldn’t, but also be able to fold up for Captain chair like Support while sitting in bed.
There wasn’t a lot of reviews specific to usage so let me just say that I have multiple sclerosis; my legs do not move well and spasticity is a real problem. I would find myself twisted up in my bed unable to roll over and needing support that three pillows separated, could not provide.
It just so happened that I ended up in a hospital bed for an extended period of time right as my 360 pillow arrived and it has been a godsend. I am able to support my head, sleep on my side without putting undo pressure on my shoulder joint, or slip my arm underneath the pillow, and still have something to lay on without cutting circulation off to my fingers.
The pillow is long enough that I can use either end to keep space between my legs and prevent pressure sores. The pillow does not flatten out or start to weasel away from where I need it to stay all night or all day and sometimes both. The latex filling is also firm enough to maintain appropriate space between my hips.

The cooling gel would’ve been lovely. I’m sure but I could only afford the latex version however, I am so pleased and grateful I purchased it when I did.

My wife is 20 weeks pregnant with triplets, and is normally a back sleeper. I purchased Yana for her to help her sleep on her side at night and to help with her comfort, and if has been very helpful. It does a good job of supporting her tummy and (mostly) keeping her on her side without causing back pain. The Yana is very heavy, but this is helpful to keep her in place. The latex foam filling is very springy and comfy, but I wish it came with more filling inside. It isn’t as firm as we were expecting due to being underfilled. The latex foam filling seems to be fairly temperature neutral, as it doesn’t sleep hot but doesn’t feel specifically cooling. It does have a slight rubbery latex smell, similar to latex gloves - though the smell had faded some over time. Overall, we’re happy with our purchase and would give Yana 5 star. That being said, we did not try out any other pregnancy body pillows before this, and I suspect something cheaper would have worked well enough instead.
