1. Loop one of the Yana legs over the other. It should look like a two-tentacle octopus.
2. Flip the bottom leg up and over the top leg, threading it into the hole.
3. Do the same thing with the new bottom leg - up and over - securing it inside the hole.

Refund Policy: Yana offers a full refund on all unopened and unused items within 45 days from purchase, excluding the shipping cost on the original purchase. For Pillows, an unopened and unused item means a vacuum-sealed product. Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense. If you used a free gift with purchase promotion and return the purchased product, the value of the free gift will be deducted from your reimbursement unless the free gift is returned unopened. Refunds will be issued only after the item has been received and inspected to confirm it is unopened and unused.
Return Policy: Yana offers a partial refund on undamaged, opened items within 45 days of purchase. Customer will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee on the original purchase price, excluding the shipping cost on the original purchase. Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense. Returns will be issued only after the item has been received and inspected to confirm it is undamaged.
Exchange Policy: Yana offers a full exchange on any damaged items within 45 days of purchase, including the shipping cost to send a replacement item. For Pillows, a photo of the damaged item and the original shipping box is required to process returns. Exchanges will be shipped only after the photos of the damaged item(s) have been received via email at hi@yanasleep.com . Depending on where you live and available inventory, the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
All Items: Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, return or exchange request. The Yana Sleep Pillow weighs between 10 - 16 pounds depending on the fill and when you purchased.
(think: bowling bowl or mid-sized lap dog)
and is 55 by 28.5 by 8.15 inches.
It’s up to you! The inner pillow has a zipper, so you can open it up and remove the shredded latex fill until the density fits your desires.
Yana is low maintenance but loves attention.
For the pillow cover, wash it in cold to warm water with a gentle detergent, free of bleach. We also recommend a gentle cycle if possible.
Something to note is when you put the pillow cover back on, we recommend doing so slowly and gently (as if pulling on a stocking) to prevent stretching.
For the pillow inner, we recommend spot cleaning and if needed dry cleaning.
Only the cover of your pillow is machine washable, the pillow itself is too heavy for standard washing machines.

We recommend machine washing your satin mask outer cover on a cold gentle cycle, and line drying or tumble drying on low.
Spot clean the inner mask cover as needed.

Sleep Masks are hand-wash only and therefore is non-refundable and non-returnable if it has been removed from its original packaging. If it is within 30 days of order date and has never been taken out of it is original packaging, please send a photo to hi@getrecoop.com to start the return process.
