Refund Policy: Yana offers a full refund on all unopened and unused items within 45 days from purchase, excluding the shipping cost on the original purchase. For Pillows, an unopened and unused item means a vacuum-sealed product. Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense. If you used a free gift with purchase promotion and return the purchased product, the value of the free gift will be deducted from your reimbursement unless the free gift is returned unopened. Refunds will be issued only after the item has been received and inspected to confirm it is unopened and unused.

Customer will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee on the original purchase price, excluding the shipping cost on the original purchase. Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense. Exchange Policy: Yana offers a full exchange on any damaged items within 45 days of purchase, including the shipping cost to send a replacement item. For Pillows, a photo of the damaged item and the original shipping box is required to process returns. Exchanges will be shipped only after the photos of the damaged item(s) have been received via email at hi@yanasleep.com . Depending on where you live and available inventory, the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, return or exchange request.
