I'm in my 60s and a side sleeper, which means my knees and hips have had plenty to say about it for years. I was always shoving a regular pillow between my legs and waking up with it on the floor.
The Yana 360 wraps all the way around, so there's support behind my back and between my knees at the same time, and it stays put. It's a big pillow, I'll admit that, but it takes the place of the pile of pillows I used to fight with every night.
The cover is soft and it doesn't trap heat, which matters in Florida. I've been sleeping with it a short while, so I won't make big promises, but I'm settling in faster and tossing less. If you're older and can't get comfortable at night, this is worth trying.

I loveee this pillow so much! I feel cozy and literally hugged all night as I sleep. I’m actually excited to go to bed. I feel secure at night and don’t find myself moving in my sleep at all. Left side all the way!

I used my 360 body pillow my whole pregnancy! I thought it was great when I first got it (first trimester) but I had no idea just how much better it would get. It allowed me to comfortably sleep, I especially loved being able to put it between my legs and still cuddle the side!! There was no tossing and turning during the night once I got in the perfect position I was out (until I had to use the bathroom lol) and I never got too hot!

Using this pillow was the only way I could sleep while pregnant. The fabric is soft and the pillow is firm, but comfortable. I love that it can be used multiple ways too. The only downside is that the pillow is kind of heavy, but it will definitely last for years! If you’re looking for a reliable, comfortable, multi-use, non-toxic pregnancy pillow, this is it!

I wish I'd bought this pillow sooner. Getting comfortable at night was a real struggle during my pregnancy, and my back pain made it even harder. The 360 design supported my bump, back, and legs all at once, so I didn't have to keep shifting or stacking regular pillows. My back pain eased up a lot, and I finally started sleeping through the night again. It's soft but still supportive, and it held its shape the whole time. As a mom of 2 who has used traditional body pillows in the past that do not compare at all to the Yana 360 Body Pillow! My favorite is the cooling gel feature as pregnancy can make you very hot especially during the night. I even allowed my pregnant sister to use mine and she testified about how it alleviated so much back pain. This is definitely a must have if you are expecting!

Okay… I’m not joking when I tell you that this is a non-negotiable for pregnancy. I mean this ESPECIALLY if you are planning on having more than one baby. This is comfortable in the best ways possible. It is soft, it does not get too hot, it cradles you in a way that makes you only want to exist in bed. That’s comfort any person (especially a pregnant person) needs. I’m 14 months postpartum and this pillow is still that girl. She’s everything I could dream of and more.
